The mini-performance The Rose Legend was shown for the last time this year in Chernivtsi

This summer, Chernivtsi launched a new attraction for tourists — the beautiful and romantic Rose Legend, which immerses guests in the magical atmosphere of Chernivtsi during the Austro-Hungarian Empire.

Every Sunday, residents and guests of the city had the opportunity to witness a tender and captivating story based on the famous Chernivtsi legend about sweeping Panska Street with red roses and the lyrical story by writer Tetiana Gudyma, The Rose Street.

The open-air mini-performance about a modest janitor and his poignant love for a young lady became another bright event in Chernivtsi's tourist calendar. Every week, it attracted dozens of spectators. So, the main task that guided us in implementing this idea has been successfully accomplished.

The final theatrical performance was held on City Day in 2025.

 See you in the new season! In 2026, Chernivtsi's Rose Legend will come to life again on Panska Street.
