Chernivtsi National University is often called the "Ukrainian Hogwarts" because of its mesmerizing magnetism, wow effect, and atmosphere. In fact, it is the former Residence of the Metropolitans of Bukovyna and Dalmatia, which was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2011.

Locals call the architecture ensemble the “pearl of Bukovyna” and the “architecture miracle”. You can see it closer, walk around the territory and beautiful halls during excursions. 

Please note that during martial law period, independent visit to the territory without guide aren’t available. Instead, guided group tours are offered every hour from 10:00 to 16:00.

Groups are formed both by appointment and on the spot.

Cost of the tour:

For children and students - 20 UAH per person;

Individual excursions (from 1 to 8 people) - 80 UAH per person;

For the organized groups (from 9 and more people +) - 60 UAH per person.

During excursion you will have the opportunity to visit the courtyard- courdoner, the Church of the Three Saints, where you can hear church singing, the best halls of the Residence -  the Marble, Blue and Red halls, and feel the symbiosis of styles and cultures of the peoples who lived and live in Bukovyna.
