«Fayno» Restaurant is a cozy place that serves delicious Ukrainian national cuisine, and the interior combines details of modern and authentic style

The restaurant, located near the Town Hall, offers a cozy Ukrainian atmosphere, hospitality and flavor. The menu is varied and consists mainly of traditional dishes. All food is served on ornamented tableware, which complements the overall perception and makes the dishes look even more beautiful and appetizing.

Here are some top recommendations worth trying at “Fayno”:

"Banosh 4 Cheese" is a delicate, creamy culinary masterpiece made of corn flour, complemented by four different cheeses.

“Motz dobra ryba” (the most delicious fish) carp fillet fried in cornmeal (a traditional Bukovyna dish), along with delicious kulesha with brynza and, of course, salamakha (finely chopped garlic with oil and salt), which will perfectly complement the dish and give new gastronomic impressions to those who have not tried it yet.

“Skovoridka z varenykamy” (frying pan with dumplings) lovingly made flavorful varenyky sprinkled with a generous spoonful of toasted shkvarkiv.

By the way, if you can't eat a full pot of varenykiv, you can order a bunch of delicious varenyky, or a separate portion: with salted cheese, with potatoes, with cabbage, or chocolate with cherries and condensed milk.

Banosh is also prepared in the restaurant to suit every taste. You can get it "Po Pansky" with shkvarky, brynza, and wild mushrooms in sour cream. Or you can order banosh with meat and eggs.

Of course, fans of first courses will not be deprived at “Fayno”. We recommend ordering red borsch with pampushky and sour cream, bohrach or mushrooms soup.

And for dessert, you can try the chef’s specialty, “Chorna baba” nachynka exclusively at “Fayno”. This is an incredibly tasty and delicate dish of Bukovynian cuisine which has its own special flavor because it is prepared according to an ancient recipe. The restaurant serving nachynku with ice cream. You won’t taste this dessert anywhere else in Chernivtsi!
