The Tselan Literary Center is a public association of the best experts on the literary heritage of Bukovyna and the cultural management of the city, which is dedicated to the promotion of multinational and multilingual literature of Bukovyna. The Literary Center is a gathering place, study and presentation of the forgotten or for ideological reasons silenced literature of Bukovyna. Literary readings, creative meetings and book presentations, scientific reports, exhibitions and other cultural events take place here.
