The building of the former Jewish People's House (now the Central Palace of Culture) was constructed in the Art Nouveau style, with elements of Baroque and Renaissance.

The facade of this elegant four-story building is adorned with four atlantes, who bear the weight of the two upper floors, decorated with a composition of four columns and arches. In this design, one can see a freely interpreted depiction of the Jewish sacred Ark. At the top, there is a sculpture of an eagle, symbolizing the Austrian period in the city's history.

In 2019, the Jewish community restored the historical inscription on the facade – «JÜDISCHES HAUS - בית ישראל» (House of Israel) and the image of the Star of David.
