Dovbush Cave
Dovbush Cave is located near the Nimchych mountain Pass. It is here, according to folklore, the legendary national avenger Oleksa Dovbush was hiding with his opryshky during 1740-1741, when the activities of his troops in the surrounding settlements - Vyzhnytsia, Putyla, Dovhopillia, Roztoky and Pidzakharychi took place, which is famous for its picturesque landscapes and a rich history. It is said that at the time when Dovbush lived, the cave led to the Galician bank of the Cheremosh River. A path has been trodden to the cave, which leads to the Birch ridge. According to legend, Dovbush hid the treasures confiscated from the local rich in grottoes. Therefore, it is possible that there may be jewelry in the cave near Pidzakharychi. Dovbush Cave in Pidzakharychi is small. Its length is from 7 to 10 m, height - up to 6 m, and width - up to 1.5 m. The entrance to the cave is a vertically inclined crack in massive sandstones, which makes it inconspicuous.
