The architectural heritage of Chernivtsi is not only the center of the city, but also the whole area of ​​villa construction, which still fascinates us with its beauty and sophistication, elegant elegance and thoughtfulness of every detail. In the early twentieth century it was located on the outskirts of the city, and now it is a "quiet center".

We will see villas, chalets and cottages of the Austrian and Romanian periods. And although in the beginning these houses were sometimes contemptuously called "villas for mistresses", now we could learn from these beautiful examples of private buildings, designed for a long and happy life.

The route will be interesting for those who want to learn more about the lives of noble Chernivtsi residents and ancient families of the Bukovynian intelligentsia. During the tour we will visit Schiller's villa, the Wolf family villa, the Yasynski villa (the first head of the Ukrainian People's House in Chernivtsi), the Mandychevski villa, Ostap von Lutsky villa, the Retsori family villa.

During the tour we will walk through many streets, such as Sadova, Y. Fedkovych, V. Aksenin, O. Suvorov, M. Tkach, V. Shcherbanyuk and the surrounding area.
