The excursion season of the Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University Botanical Garden begins on April 11th.

Local residents and tourists have the opportunity to visit one of the oldest botanical institutions in Ukraine. After all, the Botanical Garden in Chernivtsi was founded in the second half of the 19th century, during the time when Bukovyna was part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire as a crown duchy.

If you want to visit the Botanical Garden in Chernivtsi, which is a true museum of living plants from various eco-geographical zones of the world, remember that the excursion days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Without a prior appointment, groups are formed at 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM on those days. The minimum group size for the excursion is 5 people. The payment for the tour can be made through a QR code using Privat24 or through an electronic payment to the designated account of the Botanical Garden at Chernivtsi National University

You can also sign up for a tour in a group of 10 to 25 people. This format is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM, and 3:00 PM

The cost of the tour for adults is 45 UAH; for schoolchildren and students - 25 UAH per person. For the cost of group tours, please check the price at the time of registration or on the Botanical Garden's website.

There is no shelter on the territory of the Garden, so the tour is closed during air raid alerts. The nearest bomb shelter is located at 3A Sadova Street, entrance from the courtyard.
